"The smoky family" may lose custody of the child

In Britain there's a family, due to parents' heavey smoking, their two-year-old son had to use an inhaler to assist breathing. This problem was found by the health home visits authorities and reported the parents to the court. The judge decided to make the little boy adopted by other people through a comprehensive assessment. According to British media reports, health home visits, Julie Allan said to the Family Justice that since she worked for ten years, she have never seen such a "smoky family". The little boy was surrounded by the parents of the smoke, so difficult to breathe at the scene.
